Goal 1: End of Year SMARTR Outcome: Student Achievement
By June 2022, the number of Tier 2 and 3 students in mathematics will decrease by 10% over baseline.
Strategy 1

Chesterbrook's K-6 teachers will utilize the math workshop to provide Tier 1 instruction for all students.
Strategy 2

Grade level teachers will use data to inform our practice to provide math interventions and/or enrichments.
Goal 2: End of Year SMARTR Outcome: Access & Opportunity
During the 2021-2022 school year, all K-6 students will receive access to rigorous instruction utilizing through weekly applications of the AAP Tier 1 Access to Rigor opportunities noted in the Planning and Pacing Guides.
Strategy 1

K-6 grade level teams will collaboratively decide on how to embed rigorous instruction with access for all students in weekly plans.
Strategy 2

The AART will support K-6 grade level teams in their CLT planning and will provide guidance on AAP curriculum resources.
Goal 3: End of Year SMARTR Outcome: Portrait of a Graduate
During the 2021-2022 school year, all K-6 students will participate in one PBL opportunity explicitly aligned with POG skills for students.
Strategy 1

Monthly professional development will be provided during CLTs to support all teachers in utilizing Portrait of a Graduate resources to help students name, notice, and reflect upon their skill development through the use of a PBL.
Strategy 2

Staff members will build templates to support all teachers in their delivery of a PBL throughout the school year.
